KFC is bringing its popular Vegan Burger back to Scots restaurants next week

vegans will be able to get their hands on KFC’s plant-based chicken burger once again for the first time during lockdown. The snack was a notable omission from the fast food chain’s limited menu as restaurants started to reopen amid the coronavirus pandemic.

But it will be available to buy again at six of KFC’s Scottish restaurants from August 24, reports the Mirror. The burger, which is a plant-based take on the firm’s popular Chicken Fillet burger, is made up of a Quorn fillet that is caked in KFC’s signature blend or herbs and spices before being topped with lettuce and vegan mayo inside a glazed bun.

It has gone down a hit with vegans and carnivores alike since its introduction to the chain’s menu earlier this year. A KFC spokesperson.
