KERRY Katona has told how she gained two and a half stone after comfort-eating biscuits. The mum-of-five said she had overindulged at Christmas and when she was laid low with Covid and has vowed to shift the weight.

Writing about the relaunch of her M-Fit brand she explained she was starting up weekly classes. She said, in her New magazine column: "I've gained 2.5st after overindulging at Christmas and then getting Covid. "I've been comfort eating - biscuits are my downfall.

I'm really unhappy. My legs are like tree trunks!" She explained that she feels guilty when she treats herself, which makes her feel sad and leads to her eating more.

Kerry went on, referring to her personal trainer fiance: "I'm even starting to feel self-conscious in front of Ryan. So my aim is to lose it." She earlier explained that she wasn't able to go to the gym because people stare at her. @font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:400;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:500;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff').
