Kerry Katona says she won't go to the gym because people stare at her

Kerry Katona has candidly revealed that she's unhappy with her body in a new video shared with fans. The former Atomic Kitten singer says she doesn't feel comfortable going to the gym and working out with other people because 'everyone is staring at me because of who I am.' In a motivational video shared on her YouTube channel Kerry, 41, performed a workout for her subscribers to follow. She said into the camera: "If you’re anything like me when a new year comes you want a new you, fresh start and new beginnings. "And I most certainly want to get myself fit and in shape because, as you all know, I’m always complaining." And the mother-of-five remarked: "Look at the size of my legs, they're like tree trunks." She continued frankly: "Honestly I feel really unhappy with my body.

Because I haven't trained that's why I'm unhappy. "I could be like a size 16 but as long as I'm training I feel good." And as she performed her home workout she said: "If you’re struggling, like I am at the minute with my back, you’re not with a bunch of people where you feel dead embarrassed. "We’ve all gotta start somewhere and I don’t feel comfortable enough to be doing this in a class right now. "I know when I go to class everyone is staring at me because of who I am."
