In a promotional image for the third series, the musician, 40, the Love Island star, 25, and the Geordie Shore personality, 28, are covered in mud as they pose with their fellow contestants in the Yorkshire Dales.
The programme, which will document the celebrities' day-to-day lives on the farm, is scheduled to air in January on MTV after its first two seasons were broadcast on 5Star.
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry and influencer Montana looked typically chic in black dresses, while model Holly caught the eye in an emerald green jumpsuit in the stables.
