Harvey was moved out of intensive care on Friday after he's been in hospital for days following a spiked temperature and chest pains.
In his own words, the teenager thanked fans for sending in their well wishes to him and his mum during his recovery. Harvey teamed up with his mum Katie for the cute video uploaded on her Instagram.
