Katie has jetted out to Turkey with Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, who she shares with Peter Andre, as well as new man Carl Woods.
But she was left heartbroken after having to leave Harvey, 18, behind on doctors' orders. Harvey recently went through a health scare, admitted to hospital amid breathing difficulties, and was reported to be at risk of organ failure.
Medical staff took him into intensive care, and though he's now out of hospital and on the road to recovery, doctors have advised Katie that travel isn't wise.
