Kate Moss has developed a love of 'moonbathing' she revealed in a rare interview, in which she described her daily schedule.The Croydon-born supermodel said she enjoys the ayurvedic practice, which involves lying under the night sky to absorb lunar energy.Talking to the Sunday Times, the 49-year-old also explained that she “charges” her crystals under moonlight, has experimented with waking at 4am, and grows her own vegetables.
Kate who lives in west Oxfordshire, said her day started with transcendental meditation. After experimenting with a 4am start, she has now decided this is too exhausting - and sleeps for longer.
For exercise Kate enjoys ashtanga yoga, pilates or wild swimming - which she does “in a secret place" in her village, known only to locals.
