Kate Middleton only met with Meghan Markle at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee earlier this summer for the ‘sake of William and Harry’.
It comes after a supposed falling out between the pair, as a result of a snub made towards the Duchess of Cambridge.According to reports the Duke and Duchess of Sussex received a frosty reception when they returned to the UK back in June. It is after Prince William, and his wife, Kate Middleton, both 40, are reported to be relocating to Adelaide Cottage - less than a mile from the Sussexes at Frogmore.
Yet despite their close proximity, the pair have no plans to visit Kate and William, according to a royal source.The insider claims: “Kate had been tentatively looking forward to meeting up with Meghan when she and Harry came to England.“She wanted to be the bigger person and extend that olive branch because she feels all this ugliness of ignoring one another has gone on for long enough.”The insider adds: “Kate wanted to try to meet Meghan mainly for the sake of William and Harry.
