Kate Middleton has paid touching tribute to the Queen's marriage to Prince Philip as she wore a pearl choker to the late Duke of Edinburgh's funeral at Windsor Castle.
The Duchess of Cambridge previously wore the necklace at the pair's 70th wedding anniversary celebrations at the same location in November 2017 after it was loaned to her by the Queen.
Kate was seen wearing the jewellery as she arrived alongside husband Prince William as one of thirty mourners attending the service, along with a black face mask, dress, fascinator, and a pair of pearl earrings.
The four-strand necklace with a diamond studded clasp had been gifted to the Queen by the Japanese government, and she wore it herself on various occasions in the 1980s and 1990s.
