Ben Shephard was left feeling very uncomfortable today after co-host Kate Garraway joked about him "oozing" all over her. The Good Morning Britain co-hosts, who have worked together for 20 years, joked about his upcoming "appearance" on Coronation Street.

Ben will inadvertently star in the ITV soap as he becomes the subject of Mary Taylor's obsession, which sees her make blankets with Ben's face printed all over them.

Kate and Ben managed to get one of the infamous blankets in today and she wrapped it around herself. But Ben was left startled when Kate cuddled into the blanket and said: "Ooh, you just feel a warm Shephard oozing all over you."
