dailystar.co.ukRio Ferdinand's wife, Kate, has revealed that she has been going through "bad days" while in lockdown with her family as the coronavirus continues to sweep across the UK.
Kate, 28, has taken time away from homeschooling her step-children and posting workout videos, instead making the decision to answer questions from doting fans on picture sharing site, Instagram.
She recently revealed that the Ferdinand family including Manchester United legend Rio, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, eight, had all been keeping busy by taking part in The Body Coach Joe Wick's online PE classes.
The blonde beauty added that taking part in the exercises as a family was a good way of keeping good energy within the family home.
