Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hit out at Sky Sports and BT Sport over the fixture list in his post-match interview after the Reds' 3-0 win against Leicester, urging the broadcasters to allow players more time to recover between games.
Going into the clash, both Liverpool and Leicester were missing a number of key players due to injury, including Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, Ricardo Pereira, Wifred Ndidi, Caglar Soyuncu and Timothy Castagne.
To make matters worse, Liverpool were then forced to replace Naby Keita during the game after he sustained a hamstring injury.
