Liverpool assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders has hinted a number of players will make their first-team debuts in the Carabao Cup tie with Lincoln City.
Jurgen Klopp's No.2 pledged to "attack" the fixture when facing the media ahead of the Thursday night game, with new signings Diogo Jota and Kostas Tsimikas likely to make their maiden appearances.

Alongside new arrivals Jota and Tsimikas, academy prospect Billy Koumetio may be handed a start in defence in light of injuries to Joe Gomez and Joel Matip.
