Jon Hopkins has announced that he will release his new album, ‘Music For Psychedelic Therapies’, in November. Taking a very different approach to previous album ‘Singularity’, the seeds of the new record came from a trip to the Tayos Caves in Ecuador in 2018.“What grew from this experience is an album with no beats, not one drum sound, something that is closer to a classical symphony than a dance/electronica record”, says Hopkins. “Something that is more like having an experience than listening to a piece of music.
