Joe Biden’s British cousin hopes that the Democrat can heal a nation fractured by political chaos. Ralph Biden, 74, said that Joe has more gravitas in his “little finger” than Donald Trump.

The grandfather-of-three admitted he is “ecstatic” about Joe’s expected win and hopes to one day be invited to the White House.
