The model's brother Paul Karslake, 61, died on Monday after he was rushed to hospital with breathing difficulties. And Jo, who is the former wife of The Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, last night confirmed her brother was suffering from Covid-19.
The 63-year-old wrote on Twitter: "So it was COVID that took my brothers life on Monday... a deadly virus that escaped from a lab and it’s affected the whole world..
this can’t happen again it’s messed up! #banthiss**t #timeforchange." The tweet comes after Jo shared an emotional tribute to her artist brother on Instagram after his death.
