JK Rowling has slammed a troll for sending her death threats on social media and claimed that attempts to "cancel her" have actually had the opposite effect.
The Harry Potter author shared a screenshot of a vile message she received on Twitter on Monday. In it, a user called Sam wrote: "I wish you a very nice pipebomb in mailbox".
And when Rowling shared the post with her 14 million followers, she made light of the comment, replying: "To be fair, when you can’t get a woman sacked, arrested or dropped by her publisher, and cancelling her only made her book sales go up, there’s really only one place to go."
