Two men win sexism case after being sacked in company's drive to plug gender pay gap

Two men have won a sex discrimination case after being sacked when the company they worked for embarked on a diversity drive.

Chas Bayfield and Dave Jenner, creative directors at JWT, lost their jobs after bosses at the firm vowed to "urgently" address its poor gender pay gap.

A tribunal was told that there was a serious lack of female representation at the company, so new creative director Jo Wallace was appointed to help lose the firm's "Knightsbridge Boys Club" reputation.
