Manchester United may look to take advantage of James Rodriguez’s contract situation at Real Madrid in a bid to sign him this summer.
The Colombia international has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu for some time after finding himself on the periphery under Zinedine Zidane.The Red Devils are just one of the teams credited with an interest in the midfielder, while the player himself is looking for a new challenge.Rodriguez is on a massive salary with Los Blancos, which has been a stumbling block for some clubs, but he now only has one year left on his current deal.This could be of benefit to United, who could try and tempt Madrid with a smaller transfer fee for him this summer.
