Arg has been getting loyal support since his op from an unexpected source – his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright, and her mum Debbie.Talking about his weight loss surgery and recovery on Loose Women on Tuesday, Arg said: "Lydia's been amazing, we're not together obviously, but we've known each other since we were teenagers so we're always going to be extremely close friends.
