On Thursday, Clarence House announced that Charles — who is vaccinated and boosted — tested positive for COVID-19 that morning and is now self-isolating.

Our source tells ET that 95-year-old Elizabeth and 73-year-old Charles met on Tuesday after she returned from Sandringham. According to the source, the queen is not displaying any COVID symptoms, and the Palace will continue to monitor the situation.

Meanwhile, Charles' wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, has tested negative. In their statement on Thursday, Clarence House said Charles was canceling his upcoming scheduled events in light of testing positive.
