Lydia Bright has taken to Instagram to thank her fans for their support after telling them about her “nose lump.” The gorgeous 30 year old told her 1.2 million Instagram followers about a mysterious lump on her nose, but said she’d since spoken to a doctor.

Former TOWIE star Lydia, who recently showed off her gorgeous new hair, popped up on her Instagram stories and said: “I just want to say a massive thank you for all of my DMs about my nose lump.
