Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

ITV unites with NHS Charities Together for 'Million Claps' appeal in fundraising drive against coronavirus

ITV has announced that it's launching a fundraising appeal for the NHS amid the coronavirus outbreak. The broadcaster has linked up with NHS Charities Together to work on the One Million Claps Appeal - which aims to show appreciation for those risking their health on the frontline against COVID-19.

Those applauding can donate via text - the aim is to raise £5million. The news was dropped during Good Morning Britain, hosted this morning by Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard.

Susanna revealed: "We can exclusively reveal ITV's partnership with NHS charities together as part of a new campaign which aims to raise millions of pounds to support those staff, who frankly, are risking their lives every day in the fight against this wretched virus." Ben
