Bolton town centre has looked for a long time, albeit with the addition of more shoppers than ever wearing masks. Earlier this month, the government announced that face coverings would become compulsory in shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, transport hubs, cafes, and take-away restaurants that do not provide table service.
