coronavirus have branded the Prime Minister as 'heartless' after he refused to meet with them. The Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice group represents over 1,600 people who have lost relatives during the pandemic.Members of the group are calling for an independent Statutory Public Inquiry, in order to learn lessons and save lives as the crisis continues.The bereavement group met with the leader of the opposition, Kier Starmer, last month.They had called on the Prime Minister to meet with them and discuss their concerns, in five separate letters addressed to Downing Street.In an interview with Sky last week, Boris Johnson said he had not received the letters but promised: "Of course I will meet the bereaved.
