Inverness Caledonian Thistle CEO Scot Gardiner has taken a veiled pop at Dundee and the SPFL on his social media, comparing the politics of the organisation to bloody fantasy drama Game of Thrones.
Gardiner was part of a WhatsApp group with Partick Thistle and Dundee who were in agreement over voting down the SPFL members vote to finish the season and was sent a picture confirming the Tayside club had voted down the resolution.
It wasn't received due to an IT issue and when it emerged the Dens Park club were the deciding vote that would decide the issue, they informed the SPFL to disregard their previous stated intentions.
