The failed entrepreneur, 31, has had six firms dissolved over the years, and The Sun can reveal his latest venture is in the process of being struck off the register too.
Documents on Companies House dated December 1 reveal fashion company Cubanlink Limited, of which Bear is the sole director, will soon be dissolved "unless cause is shown to the contrary".
The brand was only set up in August 2019 and is the latest in a series of attempts to reinvent himself away from the TV cameras.
