Industry is heating up on HBO. The finance drama hit an audience record with the third episode of Season 3, raking in 370,000 cross-platform viewers on Sunday night, according to Nielsen and Warner Bros.
Discovery internal viewing figures. That’s a strong lift from the 300,000 flat that tuned into the Season 3 premiere the night it aired.
According to HBO, the premiere episode of Season 3 is now tracking around 1.4M viewers, which is significantly ahead of last season, when about 900,000 had tuned into the Season 2 debut in this time frame.
This might seem like small potatoes compared to some of HBO’s other Sunday night fare. Industry took up the mantle in the marquee time slot from House of the Dragon, which saw 8.9M viewers the night of the Season 2 finale.
