Saturday’s narrow 1-0 defeat to Montrose, courtesy of Russell McLean’s second half strike, came off the back of a 2-0 loss to East Fife the previous week and it’s left the Diamonds way down in mid-table.
Murray’s men are 10 points off of League One leaders Falkirk, who they now travel to tomorrow. But Airdrie are just four points off second spot and Murray reckons they could haul themselves back into the mix quickly if they can string some results together.
