But this month the Burnley-born star will be facing a new challenge in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here where he'll be doing battle with the Welsh winter in a freezing castle that's said to be haunted.
While fans are already throwing their weight behind him, back in 2018 the former Blackpool Pleasure Beach DJ landed himself in hot water with a controversial remark about the over-40s.
