Dear Sally,I originally planned for my wedding to take place in Israel in October. I bought five bridesmaid dresses, through Asos Edition’s wedding range, at £95 per dress.It was taking time to obtain the dresses as the styles and sizes I needed were out of stock for months.
Sadly, we had to cancel our wedding due to Covid restrictions and as a result, have decided on a totally different type of ceremony.
I contacted the company’s customer care team on August 12 who said that as my wedding had been cancelled, I would be able to send back the dresses despite having gone past the normal returns deadline.I sent them back but I then received emails for three of the dresses saying the refunds had been rejected.
