mirror.co.ukA cruel dog owner was filmed forcing their dog to walk alongside a moving car with its lead held through the window. Police Scotland and Scottish SPCA have launched an investigation into the incident filmed by a fellow driver near Lochgelly in Fife, Scotland.
The short clip shows the lurcher-type dog running just inches from the car’s spinning wheels before getting a fright and attempting to run away.
The sickening act has sparked fury amongst animal lovers including local dog walking company GeoPaw, reports the Daily Record.
