A hotel has faced a furious backlash after SACKING its staff because of coronavirus - and ordering them out of their live-in accommodation immediately.

Bosses at the  Aviemore  Coylumbridge Hotel, run by Britannia Hotels, let workers know their services were "no longer required" with immediate effect in a blunt letter sent out on Thursday.

The letter, which was later posted on Twitter, also told live-in employees to vacate the 4-star hotel accommodation in the Scottish Highalnds "immediately" - as management blamed the  Covid-19 pandemic  for their decision, the Daily Record reports.

Staff were then "thanked" for their service while being wished "every success" in finding a job. It read: "Taking the latest Government advice, this letter
