The 39-year-old ITV host took to social media to share her blunder with her fans, telling them she nearly went on air with odd shoes on.She shared a snap of her wardrobe gaffe with her 6.9 million Instagram followers, showing them her mis-matched shoes as she got ready in the studio dressing room.The shoes looked very similar, but her left shoe was black while the other was navy.Holly told her followers: "I hope it's not going to be one of those days today.""I've just noticed I've got odd shoes on", she added.Luckily, Holly noticed before she walked out in front of the cameras, and speedily corrected her shoe.
