HARRY Potter actor Rupert Grint banked £3million on top of his £50m property empire fortune last year. The 32-year-old - best known for playing Ron Weasley - made £58,000 a week despite only making one TV show.
But it wasn't his role in the Apple TV thriller Servant that helped him cash-in. Instead the dad-of-one's fortune is at £50 million thanks to his shrewd investments.
He has houses and buildings worth more than £20 million spread across a number of firms. Rupert's firm Clay 10 Ltd posted accounts this week that reveal it has a bottom line of £20,093,000 – up from £17million in 2019.
Clay 10 has investment properties on its books £7million. Another firm - Oneonesix Developments - is worth around £4million and owns homes in.
