mirror.co.ukHarry Potter is set to be turned into a brand-new TV series, if reports are to be believed. The record-selling films, which were based on the books by author JK Rowling, are reportedly going to be made into an addictive new show - initially thought to be by HBO Max.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter that Warner Bros. are determined to bring out a new series based on the books and films.
But a HBO Max representative responded to the rumours, confirming there are no plans to bring the proposed series out. They told the publication: "There are no Harry Potter series in development at the studio or on the streaming platform." However, news of the rumoured series has left fans divided.
