Harry Maguire has been included in England's squad by Gareth Southgate – despite the Manchester United captain's ongoing court case in Greece.The defender will be part of the Three Lions' 23-man team for the Nations League games against Iceland (September 5) and Denmark (September 8).But it comes as the 27-year-old is awaiting the result of a court case in Greece, following an alleged brawl on the island of Mykonos that saw him arrested.The trail started on the neighbouring island of Syros this morning, with Maguire's representatives having an appeal to postpone the case rejected.United's captain is facing charges of assaulting a police officer and attempted bribery.There are also surprise call-ups for uncapped Leeds midfielder Kalvin.
