Gyms and hairdressers may stay shut until April as Boris Johnson focuses on driving down coronavirus infection rates, reports say.
However, the Prime Minister is apparently keen to relax exercise rules as long as they apply to socially distanced sports. Brits are currently only allowed to meet one person from another household once a day for an outdoors activity.
Tennis courts, golf courses and other outdoor sports venues were forced to shut in the latest lockdown, alongside gyms and swimming pools.
Mr Johnson has extended the shutdown until at least March 8, and scientists have warned pubs and restaurants may have to remain closed until May.
