Big 7 Travel has revealed its top 25 beer gardens in the country, ranking them based on editorial opinions and experiences. Now that the region's bars and restaurants are able to operate outdoors for the foreseeable future after lockdown restrictions eased this week, there’s no doubt many will be looking forward to visiting their favourite beer gardens.
The Eagle and Child, in Ramsbottom, was named in the big list - coming in at 21st. The pub, in Whalley Road, was praised for its edible beer garden where it grows its own fruit and vegetables.
