Good Morning Britain chaos as show is cancelled between Christmas and New Year

Although it was confirmed the special GMB Christmas Day show from 7am to 9am will still be going ahead, the episodes due to air from Wednesday, December 29 to Friday, December 31 will not go ahead.
The Monday and Tuesday episodes were not due to air due to the Christmas bank holiday break which the presenters were already due to have off.
The spokesperson said: "Due to the pandemic and to protect our teams, we have decided to give them an extended break. "GMB will not broadcast next week, but will be back on air on Tuesday, January 4, 2022." A TV source told the publication that the situation was "unheard of".
