Girl attacked near Kilmarnock school as police hunt distinctive attacker with eye patch

attacked a little girl in Kilmarnock. The 10-year-old victim was left very upset by the incident that happened this morning as she walked to school along MacBeth Drive.

The attack happened at about 8.30am when the girl was approached from behind by the man who made a grab for her arm and tried to talk to her.
