Giant dog café opening soon – and it boasts indoor beach and pup adoption services

dog lovers! You can soon take your four-legged companion to a special cafe for pooches. Alfie's Island Café is set to launch on a 22-acre site in Timperley, Greater Manchester.Not only will it cater to those who already have pets, it serves those who don’t too.

Customers can hang out with the adorable pups and order food from an American-inspired menu, reports Manchester Evening News.

The venue has space for up to 120 guests, as well as an outside dining area, private room and indoor dog beach.And it’s all for a good cause – as the cafe allows punters to adopt a pooch if they want to.Owners Tony and Tania Golden work with the Starlight Barking Trust to bring strays over from Greece - where there are very few charities and facilities to care.
