Geri Horner, 47, has shared a touching note to all NHS staff in which she thanks medical workers for their efforts during the pandemic.

Sharing the handwritten note on her social media, the former Spice Girl called frontline workers 'heroes' before explaining that they are the 'back bone of the country'. "Dear Nurses , Doctors & all staff at the NHS.

You are probably too busy to read this," she writes in the gorgeous message. "I hope someone shows you this letter; in times of trouble you find out what you’re made of and who your friends are- This is that moment- We want you to know - YOU are our heroes. "YOU are back bone of this country.
