Gary Neville has called on Manchester United to invest in improvements at Old Trafford after criticising the way the club have been left behind by Manchester City.
Neville hit out at the way the stadium has been allowed to "tire" and said the club are missing a trick by failing to capitalise on the land they have available around the ground.
While Old Trafford remains the biggest club ground in the country it has begun to be left behind by the development of new stadiums elsewhere, such as the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Emirates, while Liverpool have invested in the redevelopment of Anfield.
