Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood gave their fans everything they wanted on Tuesday night (July 14) during their Facebook Live acoustic concert special #GarthRequestLive2.
The laid-back, hour-plus set was made up entirely of fan requests included some of the country stars' biggest hits, as well as warm stories about family and their career highlights.
The show opened with a solo cover of Bill Withers' inspirational anthem "Lean on Me," which segued into the couple's new duet "We Belong to Each Other" and one of Brooks' avowed favorites, "The River," which he prefaced by describing what it felt like to hear hero James Taylor sing the track at Garth's 2012 Country Music Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
