A Perthshire councillor is asking residents to help him track down fly-tippers who are blighting his ward with dumped rubbish.
Carse of Gowrie councillor Angus Forbes is “getting increasingly frustrated” at the volume of fly-tipping beside the A90 near Inchture and is convinced the same people are responsible.
He said three times over the past month a lorry-load of garden waste and rubble has been dumped on the spot. His call for vigilance comes as Perth and Kinross Council recently announced it is teaming up with Angus and Dundee City councils to tackle the localised fly-tipping scourge.
The new campaign encourages residents to make sure they dispose of their waste properly and not to get taken in by rogue traders.People caught
