the Daily Record reported.Stirling Sheriff Court heard that during a 25-mile journey between Buchlyvie in west Stirlingshire and the Forth Valley Royal Hospital at Larbert, near Falkirk, he shouted, swore and uttered threats.Scobbie also pulled her on top of him and put his hand inside her underwear to try and "digitally penetrate" her while making sexual remarks.The court heard that the ambulance had been called to Station Road, Buchlyvie after concerned members of the public reported that a man was lying drunk and insensible.Scobbie pleaded guilty to assaulting the paramedic, contrary to the 2005 Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act, and using threatening and abusive behaviour.In addition, Sheriff Keith O'Mahony convicted him after summary.
