University freshers are barred from having one night stands under new coronavirus guidelines - with flouters facing huge fines.
New undergraduates at Bristol University have been warned against having overnight visitors and hosting parties in their campus accommodation.
The university is taking the lead in protecting its students against the virus while those breaching the new rules could be fined up to a reported £800.
When freshers fortnight starts in September, Bristol's first years will be restricted to a bubble of 12 to 15 others also living at their accommodation.
