Character actor Frank Pesce has died aged 75 after a battle with dementia.Famous for starring in blockbuster movies including Beverly Hills Cop and Top Gun, Pescedied on February 6 in Burbank, California of dementia complications, his girlfriend Tammy Scher informed Deadline.The New York City-born thespian also appeared in Midnight Run, Miami Vice, Matlock and Kojak.He was also said to be a longtime friend of Hollywood legends including Sylvester Stallone, Tony Danza, and the late Robert Forster.Born on December 8, 1946 in New York City, the actor struck up a friendship with Stallone working on his early movies including Rocky and Paradise Alley.
