A NEW version of Ford’s Tourneo Connect MPV will be on the road in 2022 and the vehicle will feature a hi-tech interior with some 19 driver assistance aids as well as all-wheel drive.Capable of carrying objects up the three metres long, the seven-seat model will be available with either a 1.5-litre EcoBoost petrol engine or a 2.0-litre EcoBlue diesel.
The petrol version of the van-based model, which is offered in both short and long-wheelbase formats by the blue oval badge marque, can average a best fuel return of 44.8mpg.
Meanwhile, the more economical diesel is rated at 58.8 to the gallon and seven-speed auto boxes will be offered as options on both engines.Emissions range from 126g/km for a 102PS diesel model and 144g/km for a 114PS
